By clicking on the "Buy Now" PayPal button below I am stating that II have reviewed both contracts (Waitlist Deposit and Final), understand, and agree to the terms in both agreements.  I also acknowledge that the $250.00 waitlist deposit I am making is non refundable and assures my place on the waitlist.

Waitlist Deposit Contract

This file is used when submitting your non-refundable waitlist deposit fee and after you have received our detailed reply email to your contact inquiry.  Although it asks you to list your first three choices regarding the gender and appearance of your new kitten, you are not held to these requests.

Final Contract

This file is the contract you will be signing when you select your kitten and provides you with certain assurances regarding the health of your new furbaby.
